Telemark Nordic Ski Club is once again hosting a ski swap at Fresh Air, Dilworth location. Sell your unused ski equipment and/or buy some new (to you) equipment for this coming season!

Does the crisp fall air have you thinking about getting on the trails this winter? It's a perfect time to get in shape for nordic skiing before the snow flies.

Kinetic Evolution has your back, arms and legs with the Nordic Season Prep Workshop, a 6-week program that focuses on strength and mobility to help you get ready for the upcoming ski season.

Presented by Sarah Creasor, Coach and Chiropractor, and Neil Brock, Coach and Physiotherapist, the Nordic Season Prep Workshop classes are held every Wednesday at 7 pm - October 15 to November 19 - at Kinetic Evolution, 1810 Gordon Drive, Kelowna. The cost is $150.00.
